HPLC analysis of biologically active compounds in reaction mixtures and the control of enzymatic reactions.
Model metabolic studies with enzymes, mixtures of microsomal enzymes as well as cell cultures (ADME studies).
Training in: Western blotting, real-time PCR, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, ELISA techniques.
Training in cell culture techniques.
